Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, assisting with merchandising standards, and collaborating with team members to meet store goals. Flexible scheduling and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures for the sales floor.
• Prepares merchandise for the floor and completes setup per standards.
• Participates in store recovery and daily maintenance tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store areas.
• Provides and receives constructive feedback.
• Follows labor policies and safety procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
