Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Process customer purchases and returns accurately while following procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Participate in store recovery and keep floors clean and safe
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
