Responsibilities

• Model customer service practices with both internal and external customers.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for selling floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Follow labor laws and company policies, and support shrink reduction goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
