Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet Customers with eye contact, smiles and a friendly hello throughout shifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized sales floor and back stock areas.
• Assist Customers at the register and answer questions with knowledge and courtesy.
• Represent Ross Inc. brand, follow store best practices, and support loss prevention policies.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and merchandise presentation to meet company standards.
