Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets Customers with eye contact, smiles and a friendly hello; assists with merchandise and answers questions.
• Registers Customers and processes transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains a clean, organized store environment and proper merchandise presentation.
• Follows safety procedures and reports unsafe conditions to Store Leadership.
• Supports loss prevention and adheres to MOS and other controls.
• Represents the Ross brand with integrity and professionalism.
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet customer service and store goals.
