Goodwill of Greater Detroit is seeking an entry-level Retail Associate in Woodhaven, MI to provide world-class customer service on the floor and at the register. This paid, full-time role helps maintain an appealing sales floor and supports mission-driven programs.

You will learn our mission, enjoy talking to customers, and may earn incentive pay based on store performance. Must be 16+, flexible evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work within established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to shoppers on the sales floor and at the register.
• Process sales at the register.
• Stock sales floor with processed clothing, housewares, electronics, shoes, and accessories in accordance with the established guidelines.
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
• Remove items from the sales floor at the conclusion of their rotation cycle.
• Other duties as assigned.
