Position Summary: As a Retail Associate, you will work with a team to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, meet production standards, and deliver quality customer service. This role involves learning the daily operations of a retail store and gaining skills for a retail career. It is a vital part of our organization with potential for advancement.

Key Duties:

• Cashiering and supporting sales on the sales floor.
• Processing and pricing donations of clothing, linens, and household items.
• Assisting customers at the Donation Door with handling and pre-sorting donated goods.

External Hiring Range: $14.00/hour

Travel: None required.
