This role requires a basic understanding of retail operations and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and high customer service standards. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.**Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities**:* Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor with customers and team members.* Proactively support operational and company needs with minimal supervision.* Develop and share product knowledge to assist customers effectively.* Handle cash transactions accurately and consistently; balance cash tills at the end of each shift.* Keep merchandise and work areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.* Maintain a clean, sanitary, and food-safe environment by following all food handling, storage, cleaning, and sanitation procedures in accordance with company standards and health regulations.* Gain familiarity with Schweitzer Mountain facilities to better assist guests. **Specific Job Skills**:License/Certifications- NoneTechnical- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with a computer based point of sale.Physical Capabilities- Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
