Job summary

East Coast Cannabis is hiring Retail Associates (Cannasseurs) to deliver warm, educational interactions with customers, build product knowledge, and uphold regulatory compliance in a fast-paced dispensary.

You’ll assist with order accuracy, POS transactions, and daily store operations while maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• As a budtender, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while upholding the standards that make ECC a trusted name in the industry.
• Provide outstanding customer service and guide guests through product selection with warmth, professionalism, and integrity.
• Verify customer eligibility in accordance with state regulations and ECC compliance standards.
• Accurately build orders, process transactions, and navigate our POS system with attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of ECC products, strains, and effects, confidently sharing information and recommendations.
• Support daily retail operations including phone inquiries, inventory counts, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
• Assist with menu updates, product displays, and in-store educational materials.
• Follow all security protocols and compliance procedures at all times.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, including daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership to achieve sales goals and support brand initiatives.

Schedule & Availability

• Our dispensary is open 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
• This role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability is essential.
