Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an Apparel Processor in Canton, OH. You will sort, hang, and tag donated apparel, uphold quality standards, and assist customers and donors following agency policies.

Route 62 location and a strong community focus are part of the role. As a full-time, hourly position you will contribute to maintaining store stock quality, engage with donors, and ensure safety and efficiency on the processing floor.

Competenze

• Good people skills.
• Able to identify different shades and tones of color.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Computer experience preferred.

• Stay knowledgeable of brand names, current and vintage items, fashion trends, and price points for apparel and domestic categories.
• Sorts apparel into salable and salvage categories. Provides quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wetness, smell, soil, broken zippers, and missing buttons. Items must be flaw‑free.
• Hangs and tags quality donations quickly, according to agency standards, while meeting or exceeding individual production targets.
• Always maintain the processing area in a neat and clean condition. The station should always be ready for the next shift.
• Embodies DGR (Donated Goods Retail) MODE Guiding Principles.
• Follows all agency safety policies and guidelines. Actively participates with supervisor and team members to address identified safety concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
