Job summary

County Home Center is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to provide friendly, knowledgeable support to shoppers on the sales floor and over the phone. You will help customers find merchandise, answer questions, and suggest add-on sales while maintaining a clean, organized environment and assisting with daily store operations.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with people, are motivated to learn, and can thrive in a fast-paced retail setting while supporting a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers, both in person and on the phone, answering their questions, helping them find merchandise, and suggesting add-on sales that will help them complete their project.
• Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a clean and orderly sales floor, including housekeeping tasks.
• Notify customers of upcoming promotions and new products.
• Assist with loading products into customer’s vehicles as needed.
• Merchandise products according to prescribed planograms and help maintain signage.
• Restock shelves as necessary.
• Assist in taking regular inventory of stock.
• Face and front product throughout the store at the beginning and end of the shift, and as time permits throughout the day.
• Help store staff with other tasks as needed.
• Attend all staff meetings.

Job Summary:

This is a part‑time position that includes Sunday through Saturday. Ideal candidates are willing to learn, enjoy working with people, and are excited to grow their skills in a fast‑paced retail environment.
