Job summary

La Jolla Group in San Diego is looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about providing an amazing shopping experience. You will engage with customers, use O’Neill Sales Training to assist them, and be the face of our brand.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, thrive in fast-paced settings, and be at least 17 years old. This position offers significant discounts on products and a dynamic team environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You're a people person! You use O’Neill Sales Training to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about O’Neill product! Guests come to you to educate them on product details and you are excited to make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Making your guests' day is your priority and you’re able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You're a team player! You're always willing to assist your team in completing the tasks at hand.
• You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to O’Neill policies & procedures.
