Just Portsmouth is seeking a proactive Retail Associate to join the team in Portsmouth, reporting directly to the Store Manager. The Retail Associate will exhibit a friendly and outgoing attitude while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times
• Maintain the store's visual identity within brand guidelines through merchandising and stock replenishment
• Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge
• Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met
• Successfully operate till systems and transactions
• Act as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

• Interest in design and apparel
• Keen attention to detail
• A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
• Computer and till system literate
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
• Minimum wage or higher, depending on experience
