Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Store Sales to lead our sales efforts in the South Bay area, including San Jose and Peninsula regions. This full-time, exempt role offers a base salary of $35K plus commissions, with daily travel involved. The position includes a company car, laptop, and phone, and requires monthly attendance at a team meeting in Richmond, CA.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred (business, sales, marketing)
  • 3-5 years experience in customer service, sales, or marketing
