Job summary

The Hangout in Pigeon Forge is seeking a Retail Associate to join our 1950s themed diner staff. You will help keep the sales floor stocked, greet guests, and support daily operations while upholding brand standards.

As part of the Sunliner Diner family, you will follow directions from store management, maintain cleanliness, and ensure planogram compliance. You will contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment and deliver the highest quality service.

Qualifications

• The Retail team must understand the standards and vision of The Sunliner Diner.
• Follow directives from Store Management and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain daily operational procedures, merchandising and recovery per company specs.

Responsibilities

• Confirms products are put on sales floor properly and in a timely manner.
• Arranges product according to planogram specifications.
• Performs price changes, clean & bright, functionality and janitorial duties.
• Selling on the floor actively with guests that walk in the door.

Summary:

The entire Retail team must understand and implement the standards and the vision of The Sunliner Diner, while following all directives of all Store Management. All associates are responsible for delivering the highest quality standards and service at all times. Associates are responsible for daily operational procedures and are responsible for merchandising and recovery in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Associates are responsible for following Company Brand Standards at all times. To uphold the Sunliner Diner Values and Mission Statement while performing positional responsibilities and adhering to operational standards.
