Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Tulsa Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support daily store operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will help sort donated goods, price items, restock shelves, and assist customers while upholding our mission.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, retail or customer service experience, strong communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior thrift store experience is a bonus.

  • Assist customers in finding and selecting items, providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Operate the cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.

Retail Associate

About the Role:

As a Retail Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, which sells donated goods to support our organization's mission. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers and in maximizing the revenue generated from the sale of donated items. Your end goal is to contribute to the success of our organization by efficiently managing the flow of donated goods, maintaining a clean and organized store, and providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:
