ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Retail Associate, you will represent our Company, Brands, and products to our consumers. You will serve customers, share product information, and help them find products that meet their needs. Retail Associates support the flow of products into the store and onto the sales floor to ensure product representation and accessibility. You will contribute to store profitability through accurate and efficient process execution and assist the Store Leadership team in supporting our mission.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; restock merchandise from inventory locations.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately; connect consumers to loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store profitability by processing incoming and outgoing products efficiently.
• Respond to customer questions about product features, benefits, and availability; understand customer needs and assist with buying decisions. Support company values to enhance the customer experience and teamwork.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to perform daily operations effectively.

YOU HAVE

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
• Up to 2 years of experience in a relevant position or field.
• Experience interacting with and serving customers.
• Skill operating inventory and POS systems, and other retail software.
• Be at least 16 years old.

JOB CONDITIONS

• Active environment, requiring constant movement; may involve physical tasks like lifting up to 40 lbs., using specialized equipment, and exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional work in a specific location.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Flexible schedule availability, which may change seasonally and based on business needs, in compliance with laws.
