Zusammenfassung

Insa Cannabis is seeking a friendly Retail Associate in Massachusetts to provide knowledgeable, compassionate customer service, educate customers on brand options, and process transactions accurately using a computerized system.

You will support sales goals by following Insa sales standards, restock and fulfill orders, ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain a clean work area, wear PPE as required, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; POS software and cash management experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations.

• Comply with company SOPs and state regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow applicable safety procedures by wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting injuries, near misses, and hazards to management.
• Behave in a manner that is positive, productive, cooperative, and encourages teamwork
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist.
• Visual acuity is needed for viewing computer screens and fine print.
• Manual dexterity needed for performing transactions.

Workplace Environment

• Busy retail environment with moderate noise level
• Indoor/outdoor environment with exposure to seasonal temperature changes
• High volume work during peak hours, events, and holidays

Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.52

Insa is a multi-state employer, and this is the company-wide pay range. Offers will be provided in accordance with state-specific minimum wage guidelines.
