Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a friendly retail associate to deliver outstanding guest service, maintain knowledgeable product information, and support merchandise presentation. This role requires arriving at shifts prepared to engage customers, process transactions at the POS, and uphold store standards.

You will collaborate with management to address guest requests, assist with floor moves and stock, and help ensure loss prevention and pricing compliance.

• Ability to process transactions accurately at the POS.

• Adhere to Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash and media accountabilities at POS.
• Communicate Guest requests to management.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Communicate Guest requests to management.
