General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers courteously, maintaining a clean work area, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned to help achieve customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Practice safety and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Maintain a clutter-free, safe store environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Greet customers, assist with merchandise, and handle inquiries courteously.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and issues, escalating to leadership when necessary.
• Support the company brand and perform cleaning and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Ensure merchandise is organized and replenished efficiently.
• Understand loss prevention policies and safeguard company assets.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maximize productivity by following store best practices.
