ABOUT THE POSITION

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Maintain store and visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards; restock the sales floor from stock rooms and inventory locations.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) accurately; connect consumers to loyalty programs.
• Contribute to store profitability by accurately processing incoming and outgoing products.
• Assist consumers by answering questions about product features, benefits, and availability; understand their needs and support buying decisions. Uphold Columbia's values to enhance the customer experience and teamwork.
• Acquire knowledge about products, policies, procedures, and programs to execute daily operations effectively.

YOU HAVE

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Up to 2 years of experience in retail or related fields.
• Experience in customer service and interacting with consumers.
• Skill in operating Inventory and Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

JOB CONDITIONS

• Active environment requiring constant movement; may involve physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs., using specialized equipment, and exposure to dust and noise.
• Occasional work in different environments.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexible schedule availability, adaptable to seasonal and business needs, in compliance with applicable laws.
