General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Practice safety and maintain awareness to ensure a secure shopping environment.
• Provide courteous and friendly customer service, assist with merchandise, and handle transactions accurately.
• Support store cleanliness and organization, including cleaning and replenishing supplies.
• Merchandise received items promptly and according to presentation standards.
• Follow loss prevention policies and safeguard confidential information.
• Handle cash and transactions accurately, demonstrating a sense of urgency and efficiency.
