What You'll Do
As a Retail Associate, you will:

• Welcome customers and provide personalized service for formalwear needs.
• Conduct fitting appointments to ensure perfect fit and style.
• Assist customers with our online platform for event coordination.
• Offer styling advice, fabric choices, and accessory suggestions.
• Support customers from look conception to checkout.
• Manage event logistics, group orders, exchanges, and adjustments.
• Maintain store presentation and organization.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold company culture.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and styling trends.
