Allegany Hospitality Company operates in the scenic Allegany State Park, known for its beautiful views, wildlife, and activities. There are two areas to explore, Red House and Quaker, both offering picnic areas, museums, hiking trails, biking, and more.

This is a seasonal position with an anticipated start in May 2025 and end in November 2025.

Position: Retail Associate

Summary of Position

• Assist guests and visitors with timely, efficient, and professional service according to company standards.
• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly customer service.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Guide customers to products of interest and answer inquiries.
• Assist with park-related inquiries using approved interpretive information.
• Build customer confidence by offering suggestions and opinions.
• Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Restock and maintain displays as per standards.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to store policies.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment among staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
