About the Role

As a Brand Associate, you are an essential part of our team, bringing our brand to life for our customers. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing excellent service to foster brand loyalty. Use your product knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers with wardrobe choices. Collaborate with your leadership team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through an omni-channel approach.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Enhance the customer experience by utilizing all omnichannel offerings.
  • Achieve personal goals that contribute to overall store success.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Handle customer interactions, issues, and returns courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes efficiently and effectively.

  • Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
