What You’ll Do

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests and helps them find everything they need for their Lassen adventure. From souvenirs and outdoor essentials to local information, you’ll provide exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Help guests find merchandise and recommend products based on their needs.
• Answer questions about the park using approved National Park Service information.
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Restock merchandise and maintain attractive, organized displays.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and inviting throughout the day.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward store sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Follow company cash handling, safety, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, supportive team environment.
• Support the Company’s quality and environmental initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
