The Boca Raton is seeking a retail associate to deliver an exceptional client experience, leverage product knowledge, and contribute to building a community through client relations. The role focuses on increasing units per transaction while maintaining superior customer service.

Responsibilities include store opening/closing, maintaining visuals, restocking, and collaborating with colleagues to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is responsible for proving an exceptional client experience, utilizing selling tools and product knowledge to achieve success of a luxury brand. This individual must have proven success in retail sales and the ability to understand and represent building a community through client relations. Increasing unit per transaction while providing extraordinary customer service.

Essential Functions

Job duties include, although are not limited to:

• Walk the sales floor and review checklist and opening procedures
• Check communication from previous day
• Check Music programmed
• Putting the goods out of the floor upon arrival
• Organize and restock as needed
• Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards
• Work to develop long term customer relationships
• Maximize store cross selling opportunities
• Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards
• Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of business
• Understand guest service needs and deliver the extraordinary
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Send communication ideas to the Marketing team for daily promotions
• Keep track of conversion rate – people vs sales transactions

sales transactions, voids and returns – needs verbiage

• Contribute fashions trends and selling experience comments at weekly meetings
• Upsell in a customer friendly way
• Stock and sort boxes and product
• Capture customer data and report on shopper profiles and trends
• Open and Close Stores: Responsible for store openings and closings according to procedures.
• Responsible for lost prevention

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
