Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

• Models excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, and counts change back to customers.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Follows merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and receives recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports store shrink reduction initiatives.
• Participates in safety programs to maintain a safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
