Pay Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $11.28 - $14.95 per hour

The Role

A Visionworks Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for every patient and customer. This role involves training and knowledge about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care, guiding customers through their eyewear needs in a friendly, straightforward manner.

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent customer/patient experiences
• Engage with customers and recommend suitable products and services
• Measure for eyewear fit and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
• Support store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Customer or patient service experience preferred but not required
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent
