Pay Type: Part Time

Pay Range: $11.28 - $14.95 per hour

The Role:

A Visionworks Optical Specialist/Retail Sales Associate is the face of our business, dedicated to ensuring the best possible experience for every patient and customer. This role involves training and knowledge about optics, our products/services, and managed vision care. The Sr. OS guides patients/customers through the Visionworks experience, ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple, human, and bold way.

• Achieve daily sales goals by delivering excellent customer/patient experiences
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through continuous training to ensure correct eyewear fitting the first time
• Support daily operational activities such as restocking inventory, merchandising, and fulfilling eyewear orders

Qualifications:

• Customer or patient service experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience
