Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will positively impact many lives. You will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards to achieve sales and profit projections, contribute to total customer satisfaction, develop team skills and product knowledge through training, and assist in recruiting and selecting team members. You will also enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
