Job Description

Are you ready to inspire a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience? Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as an Assistant Store Manager and ensure our Brand, Vision, and Values are exemplified in all store operations and guest interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver results by prioritizing efforts, exceeding goals, and motivating the team.
  • Cultivate a positive, safe, and fun team environment.
  • Maintain merchandising standards to meet and surpass sales and KPIs.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop team members to ensure a productive store.
Qualifications
  • Management experience in retail.
  • Experience with POS systems, computer proficiency, loss prevention, cash management, recruitment, training, performance management, scheduling, payroll, space management, and visual merchandising.
  • Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and lift at least 30 lbs. Must have full availability to work 40 hours/week.
