Experience, Pride, and Responsibility

• Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data
• Assist in effective space management techniques
• Maintain store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and sales
• Ensure fixtures are replenished
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities for growth
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising following LEGO Brand Retail guidelines
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO Brand values
