1. Maximize profitable sales through regular review of sales and margin data.
2. Assist in ensuring effective space management techniques are used.
3. Maintain store graphics systems, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and sales maximization.
4. Ensure fixtures are always replenished.
5. Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities for growth.
6. Train sales associates on visual merchandising per LEGO guidelines.
7. Motivate and develop a high-performance team aligned with LEGO's vision and values.
