Fabletics in Mission Viejo, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all facets of store operations and customer experience. You will drive sales, oversee payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising while mentoring a team of 10-12 associates and supervisors.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet targets, recruit and train staff, and maintain a high-energy, inclusive store environment that reflects Fabletics’ culture and values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working as a manager within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Sales & Operations in the Mission Viejo store.
• Recruit, hire and train a team of 10–12 associates and supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events and promotions.
• Oversee payroll, inventory management, and related store paperwork.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment to meet store goals.
• Develop and maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer journey.
