Fabletics is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager for our Cherry Creek location in Denver, CO. You will partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive sales, efficiency, and an exceptional omnichannel customer experience.

You will lead a high-energy team, train Associates, and ensure store operations align with company goals while maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
• Familiar with active lifestyle brands and customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader alongside the Store Manager to drive sales and operations.
• Train and develop store Associates and engage customers in meaningful ways.
• Drive customer engagement through events, promotions, and community activities.
• Manage daily store activities aligned with company goals and inventory needs.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and report inventory/training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance; lift 10–30 lb boxes as required.
