Fabletics is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Scottsdale Quarter store in Scottsdale, AZ. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will drive sales and operational excellence, manage daily activities, oversee inventory, and mentor associates to meet store goals while maintaining safety and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store associates and train them to engage customers effectively.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in-store and support omnichannel initiatives.
• Manage daily store activities aligned with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer purchase journey.
• Provide feedback across the organization to improve the business.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Ensure safety and security standards and address potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes weigh 10–30 lbs).
