Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop store staff with goals for growth and success in their positions.
• Review store evaluations and identify opportunity areas with urgency.
• Coordinate supervision of staff to meet sales goals and follow procedures.
• Delegate workload to meet merchandising and visual standards.
• Promote customer service as The #1 Priority daily and coach teams.
• Manage inventory to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
