Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Everett, WA. The role partners with the Store Manager to drive store performance, develop staff, and maximize financial goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The position offers an hourly wage of $22.13–$23.03 with a commission structure that pays for each transaction and up to 8% bonus potential on top of hourly rate. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and be able to handle fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age; WA 21+ age requirement.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
• Computer literate and able to use common office machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with Store Manager.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Recruit and develop store employees.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and protect assets.
• Monitor loan qualification and buy processes for value and integrity.
• Ensure store standards and profitability through effective communication.
