Skechers USA Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in North Conway, NH. You will support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and store processes.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock to maintain a seamless shopping experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes; assist with lifting boxes up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
