Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Boston, MA store. You will support the Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service while optimizing inventory, visuals, and sales strategies.

The role emphasizes people leadership, visual merchandising, and process efficiency to drive store profitability. Candidates should have retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards and maintain visual appeal.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and keep the sales floor organized.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and store operations (up to 50 lbs).
• Drive revenue growth through performance strategies and guest satisfaction.
• Proactively address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
