Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Livermore, CA is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager to drive daily store performance, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures.

Must be willing to work weekends/evenings/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs. Starting pay is $25.44 per hour with a range up to $26.99, along with competitive benefits and career growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management or leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver great service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays and layouts meet brand standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock, restock, and organize the sales floor for a smooth experience.
