Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and restock efficiently.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store processes, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue by implementing performance strategies and achieving targets.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and customer concerns.
