Skechers is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in all store operations, inventory control, and customer service excellence. You will lead a team, drive sales performance, and ensure brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves supervising daily store activities, merchandising, and collaborating across departments to deliver a seamless shopping experience while upholding Skechers' values and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality settings.

• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling and store opening/closing processes, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns.
