Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, team leadership, and customer service. You’ll drive daily store performance, mentor a team, and ensure a seamless shopping experience through inventory control and merchandising.

You’ll manage scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and sales initiatives, with opportunities for career advancement within Skechers’ global network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and operational processes.
• Occasionally lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and meeting targets.
• Address customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
