Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to supervise others and work in a fast-paced store.
• Cash handling and basic math accuracy are required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a customer-centric environment and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash, protect assets and follow procedures.
• Manage inventory, loans, merchandising and store reporting.
• Drive profitability through goals and communication.
