Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience preferred in retail or grocery.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Support opening and closing procedures.
• Handle corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect assets and store cash; follow safety policies.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates with the Store Manager.
