Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC in Homestead, FL is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the management team, drive daily store performance, and lead a team delivering excellent customer service. You will mentor staff, maintain Skechers merchandising standards, oversee inventory and store operations, and implement sales strategies to hit targets.

Weekend/evening hours and lifting up to 50 lbs are required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operational processes.
• Assist peak operations by lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies, setting expectations, and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
