Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to support the Store Management Team in daily operations, lead a team, and ensure seamless customer service while driving profitability.

You’ll manage inventory, enhance visual merchandising, oversee scheduling and store systems, and execute sales initiatives. The role requires weekend/evening availability and a passion for people and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Experience in sales leadership or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
• Oversee inventory and merchandising to maintain Skechers' standards.
• Manage scheduling and store operations, including opening/closing.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
