Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team and embody the LEGO Brand values in every guest interaction. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver results, maintain merchandising standards and drive KPI performance while building a positive, safe, and fun team environment.

You will recruit, coach and develop team members, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure loss prevention and cash handling procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of loss prevention and cash management.
• Recruitment, training and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, energize and inspire the team to deliver superior guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to prioritize tasks and drive store performance.
• Maintain merchandising standards to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
